I was taken away with John Gallianos AW09 at Paris fashion week. His chiffon dresses and hoop skirts simply seep Russian Tradition with a snow queen flare. I just had to use this collection for my stimulus of 'Fashion Exaggeration'.

As i looked at the history of body distortion through fashion for my essay, a few of Galliano pieces related directly to fashions of the past. Anyone who has watched this show can immediately see the pannier style he has revived and modified for his own winter wonderland.
